Diane Lominac:

A home-buying partner who understands
the needs of growing families!
Your home is an extension of your family. Whether you are starting out, stepping up, or moving on, you want a house that lives the way you do.

When you are ready to buy or sell a home, make Diane Lominac your partner. She can help you examine where your family is now and where you are growing so you can invest in a home that meets your needs now and prepares for the future.

Diane knows that buying or selling a home is a major financial event in our lives. Buying a home is the biggest purchase most of us will ever make. The house you choose must be functional and fit your family’s lifestyle. When selling, it’s essential to match buyers with sellers quickly and make the transaction easy for all concerned.

Diane understands children
Diane balances being a top-producing Realtor with being a wife and a mother to twin girls and their little sister. Diane and her husband Glenn and the three girls enjoy playtime at home, and walks to the neighborhood park on sunny days. They continue to learn how to juggle the hectic schedules of dance, sports, school, homework, volunteer time and visits to Grandma’s house.

From L to R: Gayle Maples (Scholarship Fund Treasurer), Diane Lominac (Fund Chairman), Betty Wright and Nancy Winn (Outgoing Chairman and Treasurer).

As a mother of twins, Diane has been active in the local and state Mothers of Multiples organizations, where she has served many offices including president. Diane was the 2003 Bette Ade Scholarship Award recipient from the Texas Mothers of Multiples recognizing her accomplishments and volunteerism.  Diane served as the Fund Chairman for 5 years and is now a Trustee for the Bette Ade Scholarship Fund.

Diane knows that being a Mom sometimes brings special challenges. That's why she is a health advocate for the Thrive Network, an organization that focuses on keeping premature babies healthy. She has traveled around the US making presentations on behalf of premature babies and their families, health providers, insurance organizations and legislators.

Diane supports her community
When the Rodeo comes to town, think of Diane! Since 1993, she has volunteered as a public speaker for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Behind the scenes, the Rodeo organization has a year-round emphasis on supporting youth and benefiting education -- that’s combining fun and focus, Texas style!

Diane also volunteers close to home. She was a March of Dimes volunteer for the Woodlands/Conroe March for Babies campaign.

Diane knows what makes a house a home
With a growing, active family, a house must be functional. When the twins arrived, Diane and Glenn had to evaluate their needs. They needed more space, more neighbors (and playmates), and more flexibility. Saying goodbye to the horse and land was eased by the great neighbors and fantastic fit of their new home. How often do you wash clothes? Do you cook in or eat out? Is your garage just for cars, or is it a workroom and woodshop? Do you want a pool in the backyard? Room for bunk beds upstairs? A kitty door for the cat or a fence for the dog? When the house fits, our multi-tasking lives are easier!
Diane understands the area
Diane was born in Houston and has been a resident of Montgomery County for over a decade. Texas pride is in her soul!

When you are ready to invest in your piece of Texas, partner with Diane! She will help you fit your family into a home and a community.
